INSEAD names Marcelo Paiva as INSEADer of the Month

Fontainebleau – INSEAD has named Marcelo Paiva, Co-Founder and Managing Partner at A10 Invest, as its INSEADer of the Month for November 2025. The recognition reflects his work in sustainability and innovation, including his participation in the 1992 Earth Summit, his engagement in environmental and social projects, and his contribution to impact-driven initiatives in Brazil.

It also considers his leadership roles at A10 Invest and Sigma Lithium, with emphasis on talent development, sustainable business practices, and long-term environmental and social objectives.
