Listing of BDRs of our porfolio company Sigma Lithium on B3 (Brazilian Stock Exchange)

São Paulo - On July 24, 2023, our A10 Fund I investee Sigma Lithium began trading its Brazilian Depositary Receipts (“BDRs”) on B3, the Brazilian stock exchange. This listing was an initiative of the B3 stock exchange itself, in an effort to make the stock more accessible to Brazilian retail and institutional investors.
