Nasdaq listing of our portfolio company Sigma Lithium

New York - We are pleased to announce that the shares of our investee Sigma Lithium have begun trading on Nasdaq as of market open today, September 13, 2021.

Over the past six years, A10 has developed the company, which has the largest hard rock lithium deposits in the Americas, with an ESG-focused strategy, including an environmentally sustainable method designed to produce lithium concentrate with zero use of hazardous chemicals, 100% clean energy, 100% water recirculation, 100% dry stacking of tailings, and with a neutral carbon footprint.

The company is now traded on Nasdaq and the TSX Venture Exchange under the new ticker symbol “SGML”.
