A10 Invest
The A10 Group was founded in 2013 by Marcelo Paiva and Ana Cabral, both with a background in asset management and international investment banking. Our main area, asset management, focuses on the lithium-ion battery supply chain.
We are a leader in the energy transition sector, comprising upstream and midstream investments in the supply chain of electric vehicles, with assets under management (AUM) of circa US$ 1 billion (as of Apr, 2026) – majority part from the appreciation of our funds under management.
Through our investments, we enabled the first large-scale net zero carbon mining operation in the world.
Our unique track record in the market alignes social-environmental concern with high investment returns.

A10 Group
Initially focused on Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), in 2015 A10 was recognized by Exame Magazine's "Biggest and Best" ranking as the second M&A boutique with the highest volume of transactions in Brazil.
Over time, the A10 Group expanded into asset management, initially in Brazil. Later on, through an investment in California, the A10 Group started its international expansion in the US.
In 2024, the A10 Group also established a presence in Abu Dhabi, UAE, an operational private company named A10 MEA Growth, to strengthen cross-border investment opportunities and partnerships in the Middle East.
